In its fifth year, we are excited to share Remodista's 2020 Women2Watch in Business Disruption Honorees. These women are solving challenges that are complex and forward thinking in all areas of direct-to-consumer global business. This program helps our community shine a spotlight on, and think through solutions for problems that require innovation. It brokers collaboration between subject matter experts and creates a cycle of feedback and shared insights. At the same time, we help curate and cultivate pioneer perspectives and up-and-coming voices in business. As they hone their future-thinking perspectives, we plug them into perspectives, connections and celebrations that elevate them. W2W Reception + Purpose Fashion ShowFashion innovation becomes runway ready in Remodista’s Community Day Purpose Fashion Show. This exciting event kicked off at 7:00 pm during the Women2Watch Cocktail Reception. We are thrilled to celebrate some of our favorite fashion labels fall designs. Our sneak peek fashion show featured the exotic accessory offerings from IA’s Threads, as well as their 100% sustainable dresses. We had the bold statement looks from Kiki Kitty's fashion brand K. Milele, the luxe cashmere apparel from NAADAM, and the made-to-measure glamour of Balodana, Pearce is versatile, modern classics in natural fabrics. Adaptable, futuristic, all-inclusive design, we loved this special fashion feature of Community Day. All of the beautiful photos are from the fabulous fashion photographer Neil Tandy. WOMEN2WATCH INNOVATION AWARD WINNERSWe celebrated our 4th year with Remodista's Women2Watch Program with our Innovation Awards. We have worked with over a dozen global conferences and placed over 400 women speakers in panels and keynotes around the world. They enthralled both guests and VIPS with their innovative business ideas. The competition, which showcased- the new and the now, of women-led business innovation, was a compliment to Remodista’s Chicago Community Day. It's an event that attracts pioneer thinkers, who want to better understand disruption and innovation. Check out the video interview with Suzanne! Remodista's Community Day in Chicago. This day consisted of our innovation-extracting Collective Think, a Circular Conversation, and our Experience Lab that helps us identify regional innovation and solutions. In the Collective Think, we extracted small bits of insights through a series of exercises we have developed over the years. After synthesizing the data, we share it back, in order to create a quickening of knowledge in our community. We do this in a multi-week content roll out, so you can absorb the information and then build a strategy from what you learn. The Experience Lab is interaction with retail and innovation with our sponsors and iLab Pitch Finalists in the midwest.
