The HALO Modern Work Wheel together came about from a need to focus on cultivating all of our members while gathering data for our educational calendar. Companies need more ways to cultivate employees, customers, and partners which is why half of the wheel is focused on individual self-care, coaching, and access to spiritual and psychic development. If artificial intelligence is going to make our technology more intuitive, we should do the same for our human capital.
Remodista’s HALO brings together innovative leaders defining the future to connect with each other around the simple concept of "helping a leader out"––working through direct-to-consumer business opportunities and challenges, exploring predictions and trends (and their impact), and defining together new business models that are just becoming possible today––so that we can each take on more ambitious goals and projects, make connections that unlock immense value, and build relationships that inspire and energize each of us on our unique path.
We spent the last eighteen months researching the market working to identify the areas where innovation will happen, and human capital is top of mind. Knowing this, we have narrowed down our focus to these eight segments comprised of seven knowledge pods (micro-communities) in our Modern Work Wheel that shares our content architecture in the HALO research community. Half of the wheel focuses on cultivating our members and your employees, and that is where you should be investing if you are looking to lower attrition rates.
The eight segment is for everyone in HALO to contribute to solidarity for diversity, equity and inclusion. Our partners, clients and members all sign our Purpose Oath that says we are here to solve the future, while cultivate underrepresented leaders in the business community.

This Modern Work Wheel gives companies access to more programs the can cultivate, heal, soothe, inspire, repair employees who have gone through big struggles an obstacles, as we move through pandemic, civil strife and climate change globally.
