Case StudY - Virtual Gratitude Experience
We know that in-person is the best type of experience, but it is not realistic when you add up all the outlying factors in business today. Until now we focused on 80% in-person and 20% remote, but that is not sustainable. The factors of venue, insurance, travel, meals, entertainment, marketing materials, the technology needed, time away from work, and environmental cost all add up to the truth that this type of business development is not realistic for the future. We have created a variety of ways to connect virtually using a new kind of technology stack that focuses on employees and customers in a variety of virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences.

In its sixth year, these Women2Watch in Business Disruption honorees and innovation award winners, are solving challenges that are complex and forward thinking in all areas of global business. This program helps our community shine a spotlight on, and think through solutions for problems that require innovation. It brokers collaboration between subject matter experts and creates a cycle of feedback and shared insights. At the same time, we help curate and cultivate pioneer perspectives and up-and-coming voices in business.
