The World Economic Forum has highlighted women leaders as the human capital to invest. A decade ago, our mission was to cultivate women leaders who are solving the future of business. We have learned over time that purposeful business creates more complex purpose-focused initiatives that help uncover and drive new revenue streams.
Our purpose, looking at the next decade, is to educate brands on the future of business, cultivate underrepresented women leaders, while connecting globally + reducing our carbon footprint. We attracted our members and partners who align with our purpose, and in community, this is what builds the collaboration and inertia to solve or master something new.
Remodista, Inc. is launching Women We Watch, as a non-profit arm of Remodista, Inc., and theWomen2Watch in Business Disruption Program will move and fall under this umbrella as well.
Our goal for the W2W Program moving forward is to have 70% of our innovative and purposeful honorees made of up diverse black, brown, Asian, LGTBQIA women, and other voices yet to be heard. They can be an individual wanting to learn and collaborate, a start-up CEO or an enterprise executive who could use support, innovation insights and a spotlight on their work from colleagues and peers.
Often overlooked is the need to nurture employees, which is why we have created a program that includes your employees. With our new program, everyone is able to invest in themselves, employees, customers, partners, and our Women2Watch honorees + alumni.
